Baby Princesses

I was commissioned to do a series of paintings, in this instance by parents who wanted to decorate their child's room. They've asked me for cute Disney style Baby Princesses, with added details and objects from their lives, and I went from there. I chose to do something reminiscent of a children's book illustration, with tonic colors and a "traditional brush work"-like texture, and then added a bit of fun with the idea of linking all the pieces with strands of Rapunzel's hair, forming a whole.
